In order to access ESAR's online resources you will need to know your Office 365 User Name and Password. New members will receive login information shortly after completing basic training. Your username will end in When you first visit the site you will be asked to log in. If you are presented with a choice between using a Work or Personal account, choose the "Work or school account."


Reset Office 365 Password

  1. Start by accessing
  2. Enter your ESAR email address (ex: and the "I'm not a robot" text:

  3. The next screen should give you the option of sending a verification code to your alternate e-mail address. This email should be the one where you receive your ESAR emails (,, etc.). It should not end in

  4. Wait a few minutes for a verification code to be sent to your personal email. Type or copy/paste this code into the verification box and press "Next":

  5. Enter your new password and click "Finish". The password should be less than 16 characters:
